don't know - I find the time zones might have something to do with it. Some days if I download in the morning it is one letter and go to site after supper it is another letter. I missed the R also and the L - and I usually check around suppertime each day. Lately, I have been doing it in the morning and then again after supper because of missing the L. These letters are changing sometimes very late in the day. I missed the L because we had a college orientation with my son and didn't leave until the middle of the afternoon, but the letter had still not changed that day. I missed the M the next day also, but was lucky in that it was repeated. I tried to download it on my husbands iPod iTouch, but apparently you can't download embroidery files onto that, although you can download picture files. Wah! 240 days ago
